The notification, signed by SC Registrar General Md Ali Akbar, said the effectiveness of such court orders will remain in force in terms of temporary injunction or status quo order regarding civil cases which was passed for a specific period of time.

The notification also said appeal petition must be filed to the appellate courts including the SC on the opening day of all the courts against all orders and judgments under the special laws.

In addition, one can file appeal petition without certified copy of any judgment if one fails to submit it, it said.

However, it is obligatory to submit a certified copy of any judgment during hearing of the appeal.
