The Election Commission has announced an election schedule for Rajshahi, Sylhet and Barishal city corporations, setting July 30 as the polling date.
Although the decision was taken earlier, the EC declared it officially on Wednesday.
According to the schedule, the deadline for the submission of nominations for candidates is Jun 28.
While the dates for nomination scrutiny are Jul 1 and 2, the last date for the withdrawal of candidature is Jul 9, reports bdnews24.
The Gazipur City Corporation will go to the polls on Jun 28.
