None of those involved in the killing of Feni's madrasa girl Nusrat Jahan Rafi will be spared, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said.

She said this as the family of Nusrat - her parents and two brothers - whom came to meet her at the Prime Minister's Office on Monday morning.

What the prime minister told the late girl's family is just the reiteration of her avowal that none of those who were involved in Nusrat's murder will be let off the hook.

The prime minister also consoled the family members and expressed her deep sympathy for them during the meeting.

Her Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim briefed the media about the meeting.

“No culprit will be spared from legal action,” Sheikh Hasina said, assuring the family members of extending all sorts of support about this.

Chairman of NRB Global Bank Nizam Chowdhury was present, UNB reported.

A group of masked youths, believed to be the stooges of Sonagazi Islamia Senior Fazil Madrasa principal Siraj-ud-Daula, set her on fire on April 6, allegedly for refusing to withdraw a case she filed last month accusing him of sexual harassment.

After fighting for life for five days, the madrasa girl died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital on April 10.
