Bangladesh and Nepal will be connected through a tunnel way with an aim to promote the transnational road connectivity.
Nepal's Industries and Commerce Minister, Matrika Prasad Yadav came up with the statement at a programme in Nepal on Sunday, reports Kathmandu Post.
Minister Yadav said a tunnel way would be constructed along the Nepal-Bangladesh shortest route.
Describing Nepal as a least developed landlocked country, the minister said Nepal has difficulties to get directly connected to the world road connectivity
The Nepalese miniser called on the South Asian countries to invest in Nepal confidently.
"South Asia has become the common market of all countries, but it has yet to find market in other countries," the minister said.
