Barrister Nazmul Huda has filed a case against former Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, accusing him of corruption and abusing his power.
Huda, the president of the Bangladesh Nationalist Alliance, filed the case at the Shahbag Police Station himself on Monday afternoon, reports bdnews24.com.
Shahbag Police OC Abul Hassan the case was sent to the Anti-Corruption Commission as the allegations are relevant to the commission.
