Unknown miscreants hacked a cattle trader to death at Milonpur in Birganj upazila on Saturday night.
Md Sharif (38), son of Chan Miah of Araji Milanpur village, was stabbed brutally with sharp weapons by some assailants while he was returning home from bazaar around 10:00 pm, said Police sources.
The victim was rushed to Thakhurgaon Adhunik Sadar Hospital in critical condition where the duty doctors declared him dead, according to a local news agency.
