A fire broke out at an eight-storey building at Mirpur-14 area in Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.
An officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defence central control room said the fire originated at the bag factory on s floor of the building around 5:15pm, report bdnews24.com and UNB.
On information, 15 firefighting units rushed in to douse the fire, he said, adding that the fire could not spread to any other floor.
There was no report of any casualty in the fire.
