Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at many places over Chittagong division, at a few places over Khulna, Barisal, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in next 24 hours as of 9:00 am tomorrow.
The rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions with moderately heavy falls at some places over the country in next 24 hours, a met office release said on Tuesday.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, reports BSS.
Maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 36.4 degree Celsius at Jessore and today's minimum temperature was 24.0 degree Celsius at Rangamati, the release said.
Country's highest rainfall in last twenty-four hours ending at 6:00 am today was recorded 39 millimeters (mm) at Kutubdia in Chittagong division.
