Indian Institute of Mass Communication Alumni Association (IIMCAA,B) has invited submissions for IIMCAA,B Media Award 2020.
This year, awards will be given for the best report/feature/analysis, published in Bangla and English language relating to having impact on Bangladesh-India bilateral relationship.
The awards will be given in three categories--print media (daily newspapers- national, regional, local), electronic media (television channels and radios) and online news portals (text/digital- independent news sites as well as news sites of newspapers and electronic media).
Reports/features/analysis should have been published/broadcast from January 01 to December 31, 2019 in newspapers, television channels/radios and online news portals.
The awards are only for Bangladeshi journalists.
Hard copies of the reports/features for print media, video/audio of the TV/radio and printouts/digital contents of online news portals along with a letter of introduction from chief news editor/chief reporter are to be submitted to M Zahid Newaz Khan, general secretary, IIMCAA Bangladesh, 80 Gulshan Avenue (5th Floor), Dhaka-1212.
Besides, online link of the reports/features/analysis should also be forwarded to [email protected]
Deadline for submission of reports/features/analysis is February 29, 2020.

IIMCAA,B has been working to facilitate information exchange and professional networking of IIMC alumni. One of the major activities of the Association is to introduce award to recognise the talented media professionals of Bangladesh and encourage others to produce quality reports and features.
