A housewife was allegedly murdered at her in-laws house at Paschim Khodaitery village under Raomari upazila of the district on Monday night.
The victim was identified as Momtaj, wife of Mizanur Rahman of the same area.
Police arrested Mizanur and his father Hamid Ali in this connection this morning, reports BSS.
"We are looking into the matter" said Jahangir Alam, Officer-in-Charge of Raomari police station.
