A Dhaka court has fixed October 10 for submission of the probe report in the case relating to Holey Artisan attack at Gulshan in the city.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurunnahar Yesmin passed the order as investigating officer of the case, Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) inspector Humayun Kabir failed to submit probe report Sunday (today), reports BSS.

The court earlier asked the CTTC to submit probe report of the Gulshan Holey Artisan Caf attack by August 27. The court earlier gave several times to submit the report.

On July 1, 2016, some neo-Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) operatives carried out terrorist attack on the Holy Artisan Cafe.

As many as 30 people -- including 22 foreigners, two police officers, five attackers and one bakery staff -- were killed in the incident from 9:20pm on July 1, 2016, and ended early next morning. A case was filed with Gulshan police station to this end.
