Four plane crash survivors to return home soon

Relatives will soon bring back home four survivors of the US-Bangla Airlines plane crash in Nepal.

No objection certificates have already been issued about this, said the External Publicity Wing of Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday.

Those to be brought back home are Shahreen Ahmed, Mehedi Hasan, Saiyada Kamrunnahar Shwarna and Almun Nahar.

Described as severely injured by UNB, they are now receiving treatment at the Kathmandu Medical College.

Two others injured - Eakub Ali and Emrana Kabir Hashi - will be taken to India soon.

Three other survivors have also been admitted to the same hospital with serious burn injuries.

Earlier on Wednesday, Rezwanul Haque, a severely burnt passenger of the US-Bangla Airlines plane crash, was sent to Singapore for better treatment.

At least 51 people, including 26 Bangladeshi nationals, were killed as the US-Bangla Airlines aircraft crashed and burst into flames at Tribhuvan International Airport in the capital of Himalayan county Nepal on Monday.
