The flood situation of Netrokona may worsen slightly in the next 24 hours as all major rivers in the district may rise slowly.
A spokesman at the Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) said all major rivers of Sunamganj may rise slowly and flow near to their respective danger levels at some points in the next 24 hours.
All major rivers of Sylhet are in a falling trend while all major rivers of Sunamganj, Netrokona, and Habiganj are in a rising trend, he stated.
