Eight held in Dhaka over fake Covid-19 reports

Eight people were arrested from branches of Regent Hospital in Uttara and Mirpur areas in the capital on Monday as they were providing fake coronavirus test reports.

Magistrate of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Sarowar Alam, who conducted the drive, confirmed the matter, reports UNB.

“Those who are conducting illegal business over treatment of Covid-19 will be brought to justice at any cost,” he said.
