The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has been spraying disinfectants through water cannons for the last seven consecutive days in the capital to contain the spread of coronavirus pandemic.
The DMP is spraying the disinfectants two times every day at the city’s Ramna, Lalbagh, Wari, Mirpur, Gulshan, Uttara and Mothijheel areas, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.
The DMP began spraying the disinfectants on March 25. It will continue until further notice.
