Today (Monday) is the sixth death anniversary of Mirza Ali Behrouze Ispahani, former chairman of Ispahani Group.
He breathed his last at a hospital in the capital city on January 23, 2017 following a heart attack.
Well-wishers and friends of late Mirza Ali Behrouze have been requested to pray for salvation of his departed soul.
Born on October 30, 1950, Mr Behrouze was a member of a Perso-Bengali business family in Bangladesh which owns and manages Ispahani Group, one of the country's leading business conglomerates.
Behrouze Ispahani was the chairman of Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital and Ispahani Public School & College.
He was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Education, Science, Technology and Cultural Development Trust (ESTCDT), the parent trust of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), and a Sponsor Director and Managing Director of International Publications Limited (IPL), the owning company of The Financial Express.
