A minor boy was killed as a three-wheeler hit him from behind at Kollyanpurarea in Chapainawabganj district town on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as Abdulla Al Huzaifa, 1.5 years old and son of Golam Rasul of the area.
Sub-inspector Aminul Islam of Sadar Police Station said Abdulla was standing on the road near his house around 10:30 am when the speeding three-wheeler hit him, leaving him critically injured, UNB reported.
Later, he was rushed to sadar hospital where the duty doctor declared him dead, the SI added.
