Two minor boys drowned while playing near a canal adjacent to their home at Kaowajuri village under Derai upazila of Sunamganj district on Friday afternoon.
The deceased were Yeamin (4), son of Ali Hossain and Tayef (5), son of Shaheen Mia, the residents of Kaowajuri village of the upazila.
The bodies were recovered by the locals, reports a local news agency.
