Magura road crash kills Indian national

An Indian national was killed and four others injured as a microbus overturned on Magura-Jessore Road on Sunday.

The Indian national was identified as Mohammad Islam (33), an inhabitant in Darbhanga in the state Bihar, UNB reports.  

Police said the accident occurred in Vitasier area in central Bangladesh early morning in dense fog. The driver of the microbus lost his control over steering wheel. Islam died on the spot.

The injured people were admitted to Magura Sadar Hospital. Among the injured two people are Indian. They are Altaf and Rahomot. They were heading towards Benapole boarder.

The body was sent to the hospital for an autopsy.
