Copter crash-lands in Pabna, all four on board safe

A helicopter has crash-landed in Pabna's Chatmohar with four people on board, and all of them are safe, police say, according to bdnews24.com.

One of the three passengers received 'minor injuries' when the Square Aviation helicopter crash-landed on a cemented place used for drying paddy in front of Chatmohar Palli Bidyut Samity office on Sunday afternoon, Pabna Superintendent of Police Jihadul Kabir said.

"The rotors and some parts in the back of the helicopter were damaged when it crash-landed due to bad weather," he said.

Police struggled to manage thousands of onlookers.

Chatmohar Fire Service Station Master Gulzar Hossain said they reached the scene immediately after the incident and conducted the rescue operation.

Chatmohar Police Station OC Ahsan Habib said one of the passengers, 'Rubel', was given first aid for 'minor injuries'.

Witnesses said all three passengers were injured in the accident.

They were given first aid at the local government-run medical centre.
