Two women were killed in two separate road accidents in Mirsharai Upazila in Chattogram on Tuesday.
One of the deceased was identified as Sajeda Begum, 42, wife of Akhter Hossain of Madhya Wahedpur village of the upazila while the other woman, aged around 42, could not be identified yet.
Sajeda was crushed under an unidentified vehicle around 8 am near Nizampur area said, Abul Hashem, sub-inspector of Niazmpur Police Investigation Centre, reports UNB.
Besides, police recovered the body of an unidentified woman near Borotakia Eye Hospitalearly Tuesday said,officer- in-charge of Jorarganj Highway Police Sohel Sarker.
