The newly appointed Administrator of Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) Khorshed Alam Sujan has directed to renovate the Airport Road within August 20.
He visited the damaged roads in the port city on Wednesday.
He also visited the Port Connecting Road and directed to conduct mobile court to evict all illegal establishments from both sides of the road on Wednesday.
Following his direction, the executive magistrate of CCC evicted a total of 20 illegal establishments from both sides of Port Connecting Road on the same day.
He also directed to renovate the Port Connecting Road within short time.
Among others, Chief Engineer Lt Colonel Shohel Ahamed, PS to Administrator Muhammed Abul Hashem, Additional Chief Engineer Rafiqul Islam Manik, Superintendent Engineer Anwar Hossain, Executive Engineer Ashim Barua, Deputy Commissioner of Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) Alok Das were present during his visit to the damaged roads.
