The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has restored the mobile networks, which were blocked along border areas with India for security reasons.
Zakir Hossain Khan, a senior assistant director at the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), said that the mobile networks in the border areas have been restored on Tuesday night.
On December 29, the BTRC directed all the mobile operators of the country to keep their network coverage around one kilometer areas of Bangladesh- India border blocked until further notice for security reasons.
