Biman's sixth Dreamliner ‘Achin Pakhi’ starts for Dhaka

Brand new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner ‘Achin Pakhi’ of Biman Bangladesh Airlines has started its journey for Dhaka from Seattle of USA.

The aircraft left Boeing Everett Delivery Centre at 2.30pm (local time) on Tuesday, and is scheduled to land at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka by 7 pm, according to a Biman press release.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina named the Dreamliner 'Achin Pakhi'.

Biman’s first and second Dreamliner – "Akash Beena" and "Hangsabalaka" – arrived in August, and December last year. The third one – "Gaangchil" – arrived in July, fourth one, "Rajhanso"’, in September and fifth one, “Sonar Tori” in December this year.
