At least 554 people were killed and 747 others injured in road accidents across the country in November this year.
It means, on average, nearly 19 people died in road mishaps every day in November 2022.
During the period, a total of 463 road crashes took place, while the number of accidents involving motorcycles was the highest, according to a report published by the Road Safety Foundation (RSF).
Among the deceased, 78 were women, and 71 children.

Some 229 people died in those motorcycle crashes during the time, which is 41.90 per cent of the total deaths, said the report released on Sunday.
The RSF prepared the report based on news published in nine national dailies, seven online news portals, and electronic media.
Road accidents also took the lives of 79 drivers and assistants.
Some 757 vehicles were responsible for road accidents during the time, added the report.
The highest number of accidents occurred in Dhaka division, with the highest number of deaths. The report showed that some 174 people were killed in the Dhaka division in 142 incidents.
