Some 443 children were killed in the country between January and November of the current calendar year, according to a local independent rights body.
Of them, 41 children were killed after being raped during the period, said a report of Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK).
Of the victims, 88 children were aged between 7 to 12 while 86 were aged below six, the report said.
Nine committed suicide after being raped, it said, adding that 47 mysterious deaths occurred during the time.
208 cases were filed in connection with the incidents, the rights body reported.
ASK report also revealed that some 521 children were killed in 2018.
