At least 119 journalists fell victim to harassment across country in the first ten months of current calendar year, according to a report by an independent rights body.
Of them, eleven received death threats over phone during January to October 2019, the Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK) report notes.
It also disclosed that 18 journalists were attacked and harassed by political parties and one found as unnatural death.
48 cases were filed against published news, the ASK data added.
207 journalists faced harassment in 2018, the report further reveals.
