Role: Operations and Administration Officer - Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains personnel files; reviews existing personnel documents; identifies missing documents and coordinates with supervisors to ensure all personnel files are up to date.
- Maintains timesheets and leave records of FSTIP staff and reconciles them monthly with Finance
- Assists the Office Manager with administrative tasks such as administrative support for domestic and international travel.
- Assists program staff to develop, reviewing, and updating program procurement plans.
- Assists the senior Manager of Finance and Administration to develop RFAs and RFPs.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or related science field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience in finance and/or operations for international development organizations.
- Work experience with US government-funded projects preferred.
