SOS Children’s Village International needs an HR Officer

SOS Children's Village International in Bangladesh is a private non-political and non-denominational child welfare organization that works to provide parental care to children who have lost their parents or are at risk of losing one. They operate in over 137 countries worldwide and have been in operation in Bangladesh since 1972.

Role: Officer- Human Resource

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support the implementation, integration, and administration of the D-365 HR Module in SOS Bangladesh.
  • Ensure that accurate and up-to-date HR data is captured and maintained on the system at all times.
  • Perform ongoing data quality checks, undertake data analysis and generate analytical reports from the system as needed.
  • Work closely with the HR Director on job assignment of new positions according to the job taxonomy.

Job Requirements:

  • Postgraduate in Human Resources Management, Management Information System, or a related field from any recognised university.
  • At least 2nd Division / Class in all public examinations.
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience is preferable.
  • Familiarity of using HRIS software (D-365-HR or other).

Location: Dhaka

Salary and Other Benefits: 

  • BDT 30,000.00 per month (Consolidated) [Negotiable for only highly competent candidates]
  • After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children’s Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death and Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
