Vacancy Type: Training and Development Specialist
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs assessment (TNA).

Develop and maintain a training calendar for the effective execution of training programs.

Help the HR lead in implementing the Learning Management System (LMS) module in the HRIS system.

Develop training programs, materials, and resources, keeping in view overall training objectives.

Plan, organise and facilitate training events.

Academic Requirements:

BBA/MBA majoring in Human Resource Management.

PGD in HRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:

Candidates with 2-4+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Salary: 25,000 to 40,000
