Role: Admin Manager (Senior Executive/Associate)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety and security measures in the office.
  • Ensure stocking and supplies in the office as per requirement.
  • Oversee the canteen operations and ensure quality of food.
  • Manage Office Finance in collaboration with Finance Team.
  • Manage and provide logistics support for internal and external events/ meetings etc.
  • Manage and maintain overall office setup, asset placement and shifting.
  • Maintain office-related documentation and manage regular operational activities and inventories.
  • Coordinate procurement tasks in collaboration with Finance and HR Team.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in any disciple from any reputed university.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience managing an administration team for organizations.
  • Great proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-suite (Excel, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Docs).
  • Great communication and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Remarkable planning and organizing skills.
  • Experience of managing internal Canteen Operations and Office Restructuring will receive priority.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.
  • Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company.
  • Creating client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members.
  • Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations.
