A seminar on “Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak : Challenges and Concerns for Bangladesh” will be held under the auspices of Biotechnology Research Centre (BRC) of Dhaka University (DU) at 11a.m. on March 15 at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of the University.
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman will attend it as the chief guest.
Director of BRC Prof. Dr. Sharif Akhteruzzaman will preside over the seminar while former Director, Disease Control, DGHS of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Advisor of World Health Organization (WHO) Prof. Dr. Be-Nazir Ahmed will deliver the keynote paper in this seminar. Dean of DU Biological Sciences Faculty Prof. Dr. Md. Imdadul Hoque will attend it as special guest.
Chairman of DU Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Prof. Dr. Mohammed Nazmul Ahsan will offer vote of thanks in the seminar.
