Austrian has expressed its interest to investment in the health sector of Bangladesh.
Austrian Ambassador to Bangladesh Brigitte Oppinger Walchshofer made the comment when he met with Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim at the latter's office on Monday.
During the meeting, the Austrian delegation showed interest to invest in major areas including maternal and child health, cancer and ENT (ear, nose and throat), reports BSS citing a press release.
Representatives of Austrian AME company, a global healthcare technology solution provider, who have played key role in development of hospitals worldwide were present at the meeting.
