Pre-departure briefing session for BD students going to TIU

Tokyo International University (TIU) hosted a pre-departure briefing session for Bangladeshi students going for April 2020 intake.

The program held on Saturday at the Westin hotel in Dhaka was attended by students and parents.

A total of 22 students from Bangladesh are going to attend the TIU in the April intake.

Tokyo International University’s E-Track Program began with the primary focus of providing students from all around the world with the opportunity to earn a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree with majors of Business Economics, International Relations and Digital Innovation in an all-English curriculum from the heart of Japan.

Studying together with students from over 60 different countries under the counsel of international faculty that facilitate a truly global atmosphere, E-Track classes allow for the development of a close student-professor relationship. In addition, TIU provides career guidance for students looking for internships and job opportunities in Japan at its well-staffed career development office on campus.

Students are offered 30%-100% merit-based scholarships.

Besides that, students also receive a JASSO scholarship for covering their living expenses. TIU also has a sister school relationship with Willamette University, located in Salem Oregon (USA), as well as deep bonds with other renowned universities across the globe.

TIU offers accommodations for international students around the globe moving to Japan for their first year.  Dormitories are located very near to the Campus. Inside the campus, there are halal food facilities for the students. In addition to Varsity teams, there are a number of sports and culture clubs open to all students at the university. It is designed to welcome International Students to stay in a safe environment where students can shape their future careers.
