Textiles and Jute Minister Md Emaz Uddin Pramanik on Saturday said the present government is working to improve the living standard of teachers for enhancing the standard of education.
“The present government has formulated a full-fledged education policy to improve the standard of education. The policy will develop the overall standard of education in the country,” he said.
The minister said these while addressing a rally on the occasion of inauguration of a newly-constructed two-storied building of Manda Adarsha Balika Biddalay and College in Manda, Naogaon.
Presided over by Adarsha Balika Biddalay and College managing committee president Sujauddin Pramanik Biplab, the rally was also addressed by Upazila nirbahi officer Khandaker Mushfikur Rahman and Upazila Awami League President Alhaj Molla Emdadul Haque, among others.
