The publication ceremony of a research monograph on entrepreneurial economics was recently held at Dhaka School of Economics (DScE).
It was an initiative by the students from the DScE’s Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development .
Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad was present as the chief guest at the ceremony.
The book was edited by Prof Dr Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Programme coordinator of Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Development and Master of Entrepreneurship Economics.
It was dedicated to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for her creativity and innovative measures towards development of the country, according to a media statement received on Monday.
In the programme as special guests were Mr Mohammad Hatem, senior vice president, Exporters Association of Bangladesh; Ms Humaria Azam , additional managing director, Trust Bank limited; and Mr Moazzem Hossain, adjunct associate professor, Griffith University,Australia.
As the chief guest, Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad said that the post graduate diploma programme is doing wonderful education to accommodate job employ-ability.
Muhammad Mahboob Ali paid respects to the prime minister for her dedicated work and innovative activities to develop the nation by creating employment for younger generations, plus growth.
Among others, Rehena Parvin, assistant professor of the DScE, was present.
