The government has launched a new contraceptive pill named ‘Shukhi 3rd Generation’.
The launching ceremony of the pill was held at IEM conference room in the office of the Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP) in the capital on Tuesday.
Kazi Mustafa Sarwar, director general of the directorate, attended the event as the chief guest. Md Sarwar Bari, line director (Family planning field services delivery unit), chaired the event.
